The victim parked her vehicle in the 1900 block of S. Carrollton.
Upon opening her driver-side door, an unknown black male, riding a red
bicycle, fell down beside her vehicle. The victim stated she did not
remember striking the subject however; she immediately began asking
him if he was okay, but he didn't respond. The victim then pulled out
a small leather wallet, containing $300 in cash (2 $100 bills; 5 $20
bills), credit cards and her Louisiana driver's license. Exposing all
the contents inside the wallet, the victim then offered the subject
$20 for any possible damage to his bicycle. The victim stated the
subject then pulled out a pocket knife, with a black handle and large
blades, and said, "Give me everything in your wallet." The victim
stated she then gave the subject her wallet, at which time, he gave
her driver's license back to her, and fled northbound on S. Carrollton
Ave., then unknown. The victim could only describe the subject as a
black male; thin build with short twists in hair, mid twenties,
wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.
