NOPD 2nd District
Second District detectives have obtained arrest warrants for one Richard Breaux (BM, 7/23/75). A photo is attached. Breaux was recently released from jail. Detectives quickly began identifying property that Breaux was pawning and linked at least one piece of property to a burglary. It is believed that he is involved in additional car and residence burglaries in Zones B and F. Detectives are currently investigating his possible involvement in other cases.
