On March 4^th detectives were able to identify the suspect responsible for the below listed murder of Michael Spencer.  The suspect has been identified as Calvin Thomas (BM, 06-29-1988). An arrest warrant has been obtained for Thomas. Officers are currently searching for Thomas in an effort to arrest him for this murder.

On February 27th at or about 5:50 pm, officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 3600 block of Daneel Street. Upon arrival, officers found the victim inside his vehicle. The victim had been shot in the head and was pronounced dead on the scene by EMS personnel. There is no description on the perpetrator.
