Captain,

I just read the news about the murder at Josephine and Laurel.  That wouldn't be a slate colored Impalla with temp tags?  Bohn brothers tags where the plates should be?

If so that was the fella dropping stuff off with the old lady on the corner of Valence and Magazine yesterday.

Captain, Thanks for the update.  You guys have been really active the past few weeks.  Your guys have picked up so many young thugs that the dealers have resorted to some old woman to make the deals by the laundrymat at Valence and Magazine.  It's still going on, but your guys have really put some fear into these turkeys for a change.

Thank you.

RE: 2nd District, Zone B, Shots fired

Clark

I was out working last night when the gunshots were reported. I heard it come out on the radio. I believe it was Gen. Pershing Street – not exactly sure. At any rate, we are still in the area and we continue to provide a presence there. I will let my guys know about Twin. Thanks for the heads up.

Captain,

For the second time in the past week shots were fired in Zone B.  I counted 8 in rapid succession, sounded like a semi-auto.  On either sunday or monday I counted 6, but they came from an automatic weapon.  Clearly the violence is spilling into our neighborhood.

Please keep us informed.  We want to help, we want to get guns off the street.  We want to get convicts with guns off the street.  Please keep us in the loop.

Best Regards,
Clark Thompson

P.S. I'm not sure how much your detectives keep in touch with the sherrif about who gets released.  "Twin" is back on Valence street.  I'm certain he is a felon, I'm also certain that when he walked in front of my house this weekend he had a handgun in his waistband.  Several years ago his twin brother was implicated (by rumor on the street) in a murder.  He was convicted on a lesser crime, and I believe that brother is still in jail.

I'm frankly frightened that this young man has "trained" in OPP and is now back on the street with a handgun.
