4611 Magazine Demolition
This new construction is proposed for 4605 Magazine St. In order to make way for this project, 4611 Magazine will have to be demolished. The developer is asking for a waiver of 1 parking space, so if anyone wants any changes to this plan, you should "speak now or forever hold your peace." The issue will be decided Jan. 28. This building appears way too big for the location and jams all the parking up against the house on Cadiz.
I like the scale of the building on the site. I think you have a good point about the parking. Might be a good idea to require a 8 ft wood fence along that back fence to afford the residents of the house on Cadiz some privacy.
Forget the new building - what about the existing building, which does not warrant demolition!
