Demolition Request - 4600 Magazine

The owner of the building at 4601 Magazine has requested demolition, claiming the building is structurally unsound. The decision has been postponed to Jan. 28 at 10am. Councilwoman Head is opposed to the demolition, but the developer seems to think that he can steamroll her on his way to this demolition permit. Strong community support will be necessary if we are going to force some reasonable concessions from this politically connected developer.
