We've got two new kids on the block. Both young black males. One very dark skinned, the other light skinned. Both are about 5'10" 160 lbs. The dark skinned boy frequently carries a handgun. He likes to "close the deal" in either the 4600 or 4700 block of camp while his friend acts as a spotter on Valence.
They've been seen stashing their drugs in the vacant lot at 917 Valence. Photos next week.
